A Donegal man with deplorable hygiene has been warned by Gardaí to stop loitering around national schools, it was reported today.

‘Dirty’ Mickey Dubh of Fintown, a huge G.A.A. football fan, has been seen lurking around primary schools from Ballyshannon to Buncrana in a vain attempt to catch a glimpse of the senior football team displaying the Sam Maguire cup to school children.

Sergeant Enda Avest told Donegal Dollop, that Dirty Mickey’s appearances at national schools around the county, from wee to big lunch are increasing since Jim McGuinness’ team won last Sunday. “He’s a wile man altogether,” said Sgt Avest; “He’s harmless really but you don’t want him hanging around kids showing them his hernia scar.”

Dirty Mickey, who lives just down the road and keeps hens and ducks, is believed to be traveling around Donegal on a blue and white Honda 50. Gardaí have warned: “if you see him in the vicinity of a national school, tell him Sam’s not here today and Charlie Hughdie’s looking for a lift with a few bales, that’ll shift him.”
